Chief Financial Officer

The CFO will have a thorough knowledge of financial operations, including accounting, finance, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, strategic planning, cash management, audits and financial accounting software.

Must have at least 10 years of experience as a financial/accounting professional in a supervisory position. Experience with an electric utility or CPA firm with utility focus is preferred. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Advanced degree and CPA are highly preferred.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Chief Mechanic

The Chief Mechanic must be proficient in computer system diagnostics for all fleet commercial vehicles. Responsible for monitoring, coordinating and improving the conditions, efficiency, safety and functionality of the Cooperative's fleet. This includes preventative maintenance, minor and major repairs of trucks, aerial devices, construction equipment and other types of equipment operated by the Cooperative. All work shall be completed in a safe, cost effective and time efficient manner.

A high school diploma/equivalent is required. Technical, vocational or trade school diploma or degree in heavy duty-truck mechanics or a minimum of 4 years' experience in automotive maintenance, repair and heavy-duty truck mechanics is required. Class A Commercial Drivers' License required.

Salary/benefits will be determined by education and experience.
